Terms & Conditions:

  • A charge is made at cost price for central heating based on the price per litreof heating oil pertaining at the time of rental.
  • The balance of rental payment is payable on arrival (if not already paid)
  • A refundable damage deposit of €150 per house is required on arrival.
  • No extra guests shall occupy the rental houses other than those on the agreed guest list.
  • A strict no smoking policy applies within the guest houses.
